RETURN POLICY FOR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
You can make a return within 30 days from the day of delivery.
Before applying for a return you must make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, not stained, damaged or used and with the packaging with which they were delivered.
In case of a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care service at the dedicated address email@example.com
within 24 hours of receiving the package.
1) RETURN REQUEST
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
specifying the product purchased, the reason for return, the receipt of payment, any photo of the damaged or not working product and the coordinates to be able to make the withdrawal of the product (name, surname, address)
2) PRINT THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND PREPARE THE PACKAGE
After the request for return you must
- Print the return confirmation received and insert it inside the package;
- Print the waybill that will arrive from our courier BRT.
Please note that will be handled only the items that you have entered in your application for return.
The returns for which you will find any discrepancy between the quantity of items in the package than those indicated in the request for return, can not be handled and refunded.
Can not be combined in a single shipment, items belonging to different orders. Each order must have its own request for return.
3) DELIVERY PACKAGE TO THE COURIER
The courier will pick up your returned goods at the address indicated within 24/48 hours from your return request, unless otherwise indicated. We remind you that the delivery of the return to the courier must be made within the prescribed time. Otherwise the return can not be accepted. In case of need we invite you to contact our customer service.
4) GET YOUR REFUND
After receiving and verifying your return we will proceed to refund the returned items and the corresponding amount will be refunded in the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The cost of the return will be retained automatically, so please note that no payment is required to the courier itself.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the refund can not be made.

We remind you that the time required to see the refund on your account may also vary depending on your Credit Institution. For security reasons we can not refund on a different card than the purchase.
RETURN POLICY FOR COMPANIES
In case of Contract for the purchase of Products and Services, the Consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract itself, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The right of withdrawal must take place within 14 days of receipt of the product: in case of separate delivery of multiple goods, ordered by the consumer with a single order, the term of fourteen days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal runs from the day on which it is delivered the last good.
Within the aforementioned term of 14 days the consumer must communicate the will to withdraw from the contract with one of the following modalities:
- Sending pec specifying the products purchased, the reason for return, the receipt of payment (according to the terms of payment agreed with our company), any photos of damaged products or not working and coordinates to make the withdrawal of products.

Sanxair S.r.l. will send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during the purchase procedure of the return.
The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day on which the consumer has communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack.
Regarding the state of the goods, they must result in a normal state of preservation. The consumer is only responsible for the decrease in value resulting from handling other than "normal" and necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and operation of the good.
Once the request for withdrawal has been received, Sanixair S.r.l. will refund the entire amount paid by the Consumer-Client within fourteen days from the date on which the Consumer-Client exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase. Sanixair S.r.l.. reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until it has received the Products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Instead, if the modalities, conditions and terms for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Consumer shall not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the customer.
In case of purchases made with installment payments:
- Sanixair S.r.l. will be able to withdraw from this Contract with immediate effect if a just cause arises. For just cause it is intended, by way of example and not exhaustive:
a) involvement in a bankruptcy procedure of the Customer;
b) entry into voluntary liquidation;
c) use of the debt restructuring procedure;
d) termination for breach of the operating lease contract due to the Client's fault.
Any liability of Sanixair S.r.l. for the Customer's failure to use the Service is expressly excluded and the Customer hereby waives any form of compensation or damages.
